REFUND POLICY
Returns
You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including items that are unused or in slightly used condition as new.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

- We will provide return instructions and the return address. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was a mistake on our end.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Most refunds are completed within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider – it may take several days to post.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected] or WhatsApp us at at +92 331 2888192
- Once your order is processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
- If the order has shipped, you can return it once delivered by following the return process above.
Bespoke / Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made products cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Ready-to-Wear Products
Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged if they are unused and returned in original condition.
Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return approval.
- If the gift was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
