How to place an order?
Visit granduerman.com and use the size filter to find your size. Select your shoe, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your details and click Confirm to complete your order.
What are your payment options?
We offer the option of COD "Cash on Delivery", Bank Transfer and Cards payment (Visa Debit/Credit, Master Debit/Credit).
When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, you can expect to receive your parcel within 1 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sunday). If the order is for bespoke shoes or customize shoes the order can take up-to 10 to 12 working days.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally in Pakistan. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
We give free shipping all over Pakistan. For international the shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I check my order status?
Yes, you can! Log in to your account and check the "Orders Placed" section to see the real-time status of your order.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
At Granduerman, we ensure top quality in every product. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at sales@granduerman.com with images of the item and your order number or you can WhatsApp us at 03312888192. Please also check our return and refund policy.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.
