Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange my product?

Bespoke / Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made products cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Ready-to-Wear Products
Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged if they are unused and returned in original condition.

What items cannot be exchanged?

We cannot accept exchanges for products that are:

  • Worn
  • Used
  • Altered
  • Damaged
Are shipping charges refundable?
Unfortunately, return shipping charges are non-refundable.
