to use some of the services or features made available to you on this site, you will need to register. when you are registered, you are will be required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all aspects.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

the site is available only to those individuals who meet the Grandeurman terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Grandeurman and who have authorized by Grandeurman to process a charge(s) on their credit/debit card in the account of the total price for the merchandise which they purchase.

once you have made your choice and your order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. this email is not an acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that your order has been placed.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS YOU OFFER?

we accept credit card, easy paisa and western union money transfers in the mentioned countries. We do not offer the option for cash on delivery. In order to initiate the order fulfillment process, a 50% advance payment is required. The remaining balance must be settled before the final delivery or upon it. please note that we do not accept any other mode of payment apart from those mentioned above.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

once your order is dispatched, you will be able to track your order instantly by entering the provided tracking number via e-mail or mobile number.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

delivery cost will vary from location to location and will subject to the weight of the package/ parcel. the cost will be calculated instantly during the checkout process.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER TO MY ADDRESS?

sometimes there may be problems in delivering to the address which you have given to us. if this happens, we will contact you to discuss this.

EXCHANGE POLICY

 
we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, but if any dissatisfaction happens then the customer can return the product.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

  1. visit at any tcs office which is located into your area.
  2. ship your product along with the invoice at our address.
  3. to get the refund, product should be unused and in original packaging.

note 1: we only accept those returns which are damaged or dispatched incorrectly from our side not from customer’s side.

we accept returns within 7 days. product must be in its original packaging with invoice.

product that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and will not subject to the return policy.
